Worcester, surgeon, Thomas Umbers of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., and George Thomas Smith of Leamington Priors, surgeon, being a deed of partnership whereby the said parties would carry on the business of wine merchants in the name of Chattaway, Ashwin, Russell Co in premises in Henley Street Stratford-upon-Avon, adjoining the White Lion Hotel.
