Deed to declare the uses of a fine between Oliver Pawlett, Kenilworth, gent.; William Phipps, Kenilworth, gent. and Mary his wife; William Wagstaffe, Warwick, wheelwright and Mary his wife; John Davis, Kenilworth, yeoman and Mary his wife; Thomas Davis son and heir apparent John of first part; Thomas Petty, Kenilworth, sone and heir Thomas, late of Kenilworth, farmer, deceased, second part; William Lee, Radford Semele, husbandman, third part; and Richard Bettie, Kenilworth, husbandman and Joan his wife in re messuage, garden, orchard and appurtenances in the augmentation of Kenilworth, near the New Way, with three acres in the fields, with cottage and appurtenances also in New Way and which are in the occupations of John Lee and Thomas Hancorne, formerly of Elizabeth Whitmore and Ann Wharram, to the use of Thomas Pette: in re one part of a cottage, orchard and appurtenances in Kenilworth in occupation Richard Bettie, to the use of Richard Bettie and Joan his wife; in re messuage, orchard, garden and appurtenances in Kenilworth in occupation John Braine, to the use of William Lee.
