Draft Will: Thomas Hiron (of Warwick), Little Hill Farm (Alveston) and Snitterfield

Description

Draft of the Will of Thomas Hiron [of Warwick] of Leamington, surgeon. Bequests: The household goods, furniture and plate in his house in Warwick to his son Thomas Wheatley Hiron, together with all his books and medical instruments. Other furniture, goods and plate to his wife Ann during her lifetime and on her decease to Ann his daughter, excepting the plate half of which was to be given to Thomas his son. A tenement and lands in Alveston called Little Hill Farm purchased from Thomas Tidmas to be held in trust by the Rev. John Peglar of Stratford-upon-Avon, clerk and Samuel Hiron of Campden co. Gloucester esq. on behalf of the said Thomas Wheatley Hiron. Messuages and lands in Snitterfield to be held by the same Trustees on behalf of Ann; daughter of the said Thomas and for other uses recited. Executors: John Pegler, Thomas Wheatley Hiron and Ann Hiron his daughter. Draft first dated 8 October 1841.
