Deed to lead to the uses of a fine between Barnaby Holbech of Cobley, Tardebigge, Warwickshire, gent. and Elizabeth his wife; William Davis of Solihull, Warwick, yeoman and Jane his wife, sole daughter and heir of Francis Hall deceased; and William Holbech of Bentley Heath, Solihull, gent., brother of Barnaby, in pursuance of the covenants expressed in deed of 27 September last between said Barnaby and Elizabeth; Dorothy Mayne and Anne Mayne, spinsters; William Holbech and John Doles, gent. for barring entail of the estates of said William Davis and Jane. Premises described as messuage with 5 closes called Brownes and Swansams in Bentley Heath lately in the occupation of ---- Child; messuage in occupation of John Whadcock with closes appurtenant viz: Crabtree field, Woodcocks croft, Birchmoore meadow, Birchmoore field, Glasers meadow, Well meadow, Spring field and Netherfields in Maxstoke and to be settled as follows: house and lands in Bentley Heath to the use of William Holbech and heirs forever; premises and lands in Maxstoke to William Davis for life with remainder to the children of William and Jane as he shall appoint by deed or will; in default of such appointment to the use of Jane and her heirs.
