Description

Draft release by Thomas Fardon, Tredington, miller to William Hall, late Chelmscott, Brailes, now of Tredington, farmer, for £1400 of messuage and 3 yard lands in Tredington being held by lease for lives from Bishop of Worcester. Recitals 1) 10 November 1788: Lease from Bishop to John Welchman, mortgagee of John Marshall, late Tredington, deceased, of messuage and 1/2 yard land. 2) 10 November 1788: Lease from Bishop to John Welchman of 1/6 yard land. 3) 22 March 1794: Release of rights in same premises by John Marshall, eldest son and administrator of John Marshall, deceased and of 2/6 yard land also in Tredington. 4) 10 October 1801: Sale by Edward Welchman and Philemon Williams (Devisees in trust for sale under will of John Welchman) to Francis Findon, Shipston-on-Stour, gent. 5) 5 April 1802: Assignment by Francis Findon to Thomas Fardon.
