Hamstall Ridware and Yoxall.

Description

Revocation by Thomas, Lord Leigh, of trusts relating to the estate of Hamstall Ridware as specified in a Deed to lead to the uses of a fine dated 1671 between the said Lord Leigh (then Sir Thomas Leigh) and Charles Duckworth of Stoneleigh and Francis Winton of Leighton Buzzard, which said indenture had contained power of revocation. Lord Leigh now appoints 2/4 of the lands to John Earl of Bridgewater for 99 years as security for £3090; 1/4 to Sir William Egerton, K.B., 2nd son of the Earl of Bridgewater to secure £1522; 1/4 to Lord Leigh for life, then to Duckworth and Winton for 99 years, to repay mortgages if still unpaid.
