Release and conveyance from Sir Francis Lyttelton Holyoake Goodricke of Studley castle, co. Warwick., baronet, and George Holyoake of Neachley near Wolverhampton, co. Stafford, esq., and Charles Hammersley of Craigs Court, Charing Cross, co. Middx., esq., a mortgagee of Sir Francis to Robert Knight and Robert Middleton Biddulph, his nominal trustee, in consideration of £1600 paid to Charles Hammersley and £2000 to Sir Francis of messuages (one called Black Hall) and lands in the parish of Studley.
