Description

Limited administration of the estate of Elizabeth Banner, late of Birmingham, widow (died 1769), in respect of a term of years created by a mortgage of 1760 from Price Thomas of Birmingham, merchant, to Elizabeth Banner of a moiety of a capital messuage and lands (including Great Pool Field to be sold to Robert Knight) in Tanworth and Ullenhall; which premises had been purchased by Richard Insull of Tanworth, gent., in 1772, and the mortgage repaid, but the term of years not extinguished, and the freehold of which was now vested in Insull Burman of Finmere, co. Oxon., gent.
