Draft bargain and sale from Thomas Wells, Stoneleigh, miller, nephew, heir and devisee of Edward Wells, late of Upper Brailes, to Ralph Sheldon, Weston, Esquire for £675 of messuage and ground in Upper Brailes together with allotment made to said Edward Wells at enclosure in lieu of 1 3/4 yard lands.
