Description

Memorandum of attornment after livery of seisin by Mr Courte to Mr Archer of a messuage in the tenure of Thomas Hawle and lands and tenements in the tenure of Francis Newbie, which seisn was made at the dwelling house of the said Thomas and at and in one close called Cowpers field near to the house of William Smith, at which time Thomas and Francis paid 2d to Mr Archer for attornment in the presence of Thomas Warner, Edward Benford, John Court, John Sheward, William Smith, William Cooke, Richard Lucas.
