Cheeke, Russell Tipping families: Archer of Tanworth

Description

Copy of [Sir William Robinson's] opinion on Lady Russell's payments. He concludes that the best way for both parties will be for Lady Dorchester and Lord Portmore to ascertain such quitrents as will pay Lady Dorchester's £3,500, and for the remainder to be assigned to the commissioners who will direct them to be paid to Lady Russell.
