Assignment by Richard Arnold, Comb fields, Warwick, gent. and William Serjeant, Wyken, Coventry, gent. (executors Harry Watts, Binley, gent. deceased) to trustees of Edward Watts and John Umbers as tenants in common to attend the inheritance of said Watts and Umbers of three cottages formerly one, with fold yard, barn, two stables, garden and orchard in Hunningham and close called Tufley Balk (3a 3r 30p) allotted to Thomas Goodman at inclosure in lieu one yard land, all in occupation James Harris.
