Hon. the lord high treasurer of England [Lord Godolphin]. Copy of memorial. In obedience to commands signified by Mr. Taylor's letter transmitting a memorial of the Countess of Dorchester, they make various observations on the memorial and recommend that the Countess be allowed the sums for which she has petitioned in respect of loss through exchange and revaluation.
