Agreement between Richard Johnson, Stratford-upon-Avon, shop keeper and William Townsend, Bridgetown, innholder, for the sale and purchase of the stock in trade of china, delph, glass, earthenware and stone ware in shops and warehouses of said Richard Johnson in Stratford-upon-Avon, together with fixtures and fittings in shops, at valuation to be determined by persons chosen by the parties.
