Grant by Thomas Assheby of Ouer Norton to John Assheby of Lappeworth, of two crofts in Pakwood lying between the King's Way from Lappeworthe towards Couentre and land of Laurence Pratte, and in length from land of Robert Palmer to the highway.

Witnesses: Thomas Ichenere of Pakwood, William Rownde, John Mortebowes, Richard Couper, Edmund Chassher, all of the same, and many others.
