Memorandum of Agreement between William Gillett, Upper Brailes, woolstapler and Edmund Morris, same, farmer for the sale and purchase for £2025 of messuage and pasture adjoining in Upper Brailes, together with lands allotted at Enclosure to Edward Wells being 1 3/4 yard lands known as Norton Quarter in Cull Leys, Bowback Furlong, Naptons Elm Furlong, Broad Leasow Furlong, being 21 acres with ancient enclosure called Pockers Close.
