Schedule of deeds relating to Tysoe tithes, viz: a) 15 16 May 1760 Lease and release between Robert Soden and Thomas Soden of the first part, Hannah Middleton, John Allen and Constance his wife, John Coles and Edward Coles of the second part, John Hitchcocks of the third part, William Craven, Sir Charles Mordaunt and Sir Walter Wagstaffe Bagot of the fourth part and Samuel Butler of the fifth part. b) 9 10 July 1760 Lease and release between Clark Middleton of the first part and William Craven, Sir Charles Mordaunt and Sir Walter Wagstaffe Bagot of the other. c) 1 July 1761 Deed of Covenant from Lord Northampton to produce deeds.
