Supersedeas by Justices of Removal Order granted 17 July 1840 to Overseers of Tewkesbury to remove to Stratford-upon-Avon Richard Sumner, Mary his wife and their 2 children, George (10) and Richard (8); Tewkesbury have abandoned removal through procedural difficulties and paupers are to be returned to Tewkesbury.
