Fetherston of Packwood deeds and papers

Description

Articles `of a bargayne' agreed upon between William Itchener of Packewoodd, yeoman, and Marie his wife of the one part, and William Price of the same, of the other part, whereby the said William and Marie agree to let a messuage called `Potters' and its lands in Packwoodd for 80 years, reserving the garden under the hall window, two chambers and two little `buttereis' then in their occupation, for which the said William Price agreed to pay £16 5s.0d annually. Witnesses: John Price, George Gybbes, Richard Luckman, Tho: Greathett. Dated 25 March 1625.
