Release from Charlotte Elizabeth Boultbee of Springfield, [Knowle], spinster, and Henrietta Boultbee of the same, spinster, to Marmion Edward Ferrers of Wootton Hall, Henley-in-Arden, of two sums of £3,000 and £3,000 and a sum of £1,808 13s 6d £3 per cent reduced bank annuities to which they were entitled under the will of their mother, Lady Elizabeth Margaret Ferrers Boultbee (dated 17 November 1864), who herself had become entitled to them by settlement of 19 September 1816, and under the wills of Elizabeth Mainwaring Ellerker (20 September 1816) and Harriet Mainwaring Ellerker (6 December 1837); Edward Marmion Ferrers acting as trustee of the will of the said Lady Elizabeth Margaret Ferrers Boultbee.
