Conveyance by lease and release from Elizabeth Brayfield the younger, Southam, spinster, Elizabeth Brayfield the elder, Southam, widow of John, yeoman, deceased and John Brayfield, Southam, yeoman, son and heir of John deceased to Joseph Simmons, Hunningham, tailor, fo: for £73 of plot of land in Little Home Meadow. Signed both Elizabeth Brayfields by mark, John Brafeild [sic]. Endorsed to the effect that John Brayfield by his will 24 August 1681, proved P.C.C. 14 Nov 1681, gave the said premises to his daughter Elizabeth Brayfield the younger.
