Lease and release, the release being a conveyance from Robert Stone of Crediton, Devon, gent. and others to William Courtenay of Powderham Castle, Devon, bart. of two thirds of lands called Selcombe meadow and Selcombe Wood, tenements called Pulsworthy and North Praunsley, the moiety of another tenement in Praunsley and another tenement, all in Twitchen, and a messuage etc. called West Gatcombe in Molland.
