Fetherston of Packwood papers
Description
First Remembrancer of the Exchequer. It hath been awarded to the Sheriff of the county against Sir Simon Archer K., William Comber, Anthony Stoughton and John Fetherston, Commissioners for the payment of an assessment of 400 thousand pounds within the Hundreds of Barlichway and Kington. The Recognizances were casually lost. All further processes against the commissioners to be stayed.
