Description

Mortgage from Arthur Gregorie of Styvechall, esq., to Richard Sherratt of Coventre, sherman, of all his woods and all manner of trees, etc. growing in and upon or in anywise appurtaining to Hellinhull Graunge; with a proviso that if the said Arthur Gregorie and his heirs pay to the said Richard Sherratt the sum of 52 pounds at the cross called the Crossecheapinge in Coventre within 30 days ensuing after next Feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary that these presents should be null and void and that the said timber, etc. should remain unfallen until default was made;but that after any default Arthur Gregory would allow free access to the said Richard Sherratt to fell the same.
