Essex., Bart., and John Morris of London, gent.), for £4,000 paid by Thomas Flynt of Fletchamstead, esq., to Sir Robert Abdy, and £3,630 paid by Thomas Flynt to Richard Compton esq., and £3,000 paid by Granado Nightingale, citizen and merchant tailor of London, and Thomas Bayly citizen and stationer of London, to Thomas Brand and Robert Powell of London, gents., of the manors of Allesley, Over and Nether Shuckborough, Bedworth, Cubbington, Hunningham, Princethorpe and Shilton and premises in Allesley, Princethorpe, Eathorp, Wappenbury, Coundon, Stoneleigh, Stretton-on-Dunsmore, Bedworth, Cubbington, Hunningham and Over and Nether Shucksburgh; to the use, as regards the premises in Allesley, etc., of Thomas Flint, and, as to the manor of Princethorpe, etc., to the use of Granado Nightingale and Thomas Bayly.
