Description

Conveyance by Humphrey Conyngesby of Vlnale, gent., for £10 to John Federston of Packwod, of the close called Lightfylde, and a meadow adjacent with a grove at the upper end in Packwod, lying in width between land of Anthony Spenser, within the demesne of Knolle on the north, and land late of John Fulwod, late of London deceased, on the south, and in length from land of John Federston late of John Cowper, clerk, to Chesset wood, which close, pasture, grove and meadow are in the tenure of Maurice Walker and Margery his wife, late wife of Thomas Federstone, deceased.
