(Copy) Marriage settlement of Robert Budd the younger, Priors Hardwick, yeoman, son and heir of Sarah Budd, the same, widow and Ann Highorne, Over Radburne, spinster whereby Sarah Budd in consideration of £80 marriage portion of Ann conveys to Thomas Davis, Priors Marston, gent. and Robert Budd the elder, Priors Hardwick, yeoman, cottage, appurtenances and home close together with frac18; yard land in fields of Hunningham, in occupation John Clerke with all other the lands, tenements and appurtenances of Sarah and Robert In trust for Sarah Budd for life with reversion to Robert the younger for life then Ann for life as jointure and after both their deaths to the use the heirs of their bodies with remainder to right heirs of Richard Budd the younger.
