Conveyance by lease and release from Robert Summers, Stretton on Dunsmoor, yeoman and Elizabeth his wife, daughter, and heir of Thomas Simmons, deceased, who was brother and heir of Joseph, late of Hunningham, deceased, to Edward, Lord Leigh for £73 of plot of meadow in Little Home Meadow, Hunningham, formerly in occupation William Adkins, since Thomas Man, now Robert Summers.
