Description

Lease from Henry VIII to Andrew Flammock, Kenilworth, gent. and Elizabeth his wife, of the manor, lands and liberties of Leek Wootton alias Cross Grange, part of the lands of the late dissolved Abbey of Kenilworth, for 43 years at an annual rent of one red rose at Midsummer during the life of Andrew Flammock and thereafter £16 15s. 1d. per annum to the Court of Augmentations. Reservation to the Crown of two groves called Thykthorn and Great Grove. Seal of the Court of Augmentation.
