Description
Charles S. Smith, Warwick to Hon. Mrs. [Julia Judith] Leigh, Dover: Has engaged extra hands in order to complete temporary entrance "before the bad weather come on". The passage under old gallery will serve as general communication while new building on other side of court in progress. Still thinks replacement of door by window will not spoil elevation ('not approved' in margin in hand Julia Leigh). Refers to death of Mr. Dugdale.
