Henry Hyde, Viscount Cornbury, only son and heir apparent, and assignee by deeds 3 and 4 Feb 1743/4, of Henry Hyde, Earl of Clarendon and Rochester, to Thomas, Lord Leigh of Kingswood Farm Kenilworth with ten closes of ground (160 acres) in occupation Henry Perks known as Woolsley Bridge or the Corner Close, the Dove Bank Close, Brookes Close, Stoneleigh Close, Home Close, Bodington's Piece, Tim's Close, Briery Close, Ten Acre Close, The Calf Close, all late in occupation Thomas Search then Deborah his widow: pingle of pasture in Kenilworth in occupation William Harborne; Cottage with orchard and garden in Kenilworth in possesion William Chaplin; three closes meadow: all that Grove called Blueberry Grove, near Stoneleigh in occupation Thomas Garlick, who holds under copyholders [see also DR 18/10/74]; one acre in Stoneleigh field near the Kings Frith, in occupation Thomas Garlick; messuage and farm with four closes meadow in occupation Thomas Tims, in Ashow, called The Upper Close, the Middle Close, the Nether Close and the Dingle; two swaths of arable land called The Dutchy: piece of land ( 1/2 acre) in Town Meadow of Ashow, called Tylers Meadow which last one in occupation William Boddington.
