Assignment from John Mosley Gilbert Cheek of Evesham, co. Worcs., gent., with the consent of John Acton of Bengworth, co. Worcs., ironmonger, and Luke Pyefinch of Honeybourne, co. Gloucs., yeoman, and at the discretion of Pearshouse Drury of Evesham, co. Worcs., brazier, and William Wells of Rowington, gent., to Thomas Cresswell of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent. of premises in Evesham described in indentures of 1 February 1800 (except a house in Bridge Street, Evesham in the tenure of Pearshouse Drury); to hold in trust to secure the repayment of £1000 due to William Wells under a mortgage of 25 September 1801. With the following recitals: i) 30-31 January 1800: DR 65/21-22. ii) 30-31 January 1800: assignment of mortgage from William Heeks of Beckford, co. Glos., gent., with the consent of Pearshouse Drury, to John Mosley Gilbert Cheek as trustee for Luke Pyefinch, of closes in All Saints, Evesham, subject to redemption on payment of £500 by Pearshouse Drury. iii) 1 February 1800: DR 65/23. iv) 24 25 Sept 1801: mortgage from Pearshouse Drury, with the consent of Luke Pyefinch and John Acton, to William Wells, of closes in All Saints, Evesham and messuages in Mill Hill and Bridge Street, Evesham, to secure £1000.
