Lease from Ann Hiron of Alveston, widow, to William Stanley of Alveston, yeoman, of a messuage and 3 3/4 yardlands in Alveston with six acres of meadow in Alveston Meadow, 1 1/4 acres in Tiddington Meadow, a close of pasture in Alveston called The Hurst containing four acres, a close containing half an acre adjoining Tiddington Meadow and another close in Alveston called Little Ham also containing four acres; all which premises were late in the tenure of Thomas Hiron, gentleman, deceased, and are now in the tenure of Ann Hiron; to hold the same for 12 years at the annual rent of £60.
