Description

Settlement on the marriage of Thomas Ashwyn the younger of Willersey, yeoman, son and heir apparent of Thomas Ashwyn the elder of the same, yeoman, by Eleanor his wife, to Elizabeth daughter of George Younge of Radford, co. Worcs., yeoman, being a conveyance from Thomas Ashwyn the elder and Thomas Ashwyn the younger to the said George Younge and Thomas Tolley of Upton Snodsbury, co. Worcs., yeoman, for £110, of a messuage and yardland called Osbornes, a messuage called Bleazards and a cottage called Styles (described in detail in annexed terriers); to hold the same, as to Osbornes, to the use of Thomas Ashwyn the younger and Elizabeth his wife, for their lives, with remainder to their issue; and as to Bleazards and Styles, to the use of Thomas Ashwyn the younger, his heirs and assigns.
