Mortgage from Henry Tomes of Southam, joiner and carpenter, and Mary his wife, and John Combes of Southam, yeoman, and Mary his wife, to Henry Churchill, Samuel Dudley, George Palmer and William Taylor (reciting indentures of 10 April 1716, wherein £1000 had been vested in the said Henry Churchill, Samuel Dudley, George Palmer, and William Taylor on the marriage of John Loder of Napton on the Hill, clerk, and Elizabeth Taylor, to invest for the benefit of the said John Loder and Elizabeth Taylor) of a messuage in the tenure of John Green, three cottages in the occupations of John Lock, John Hill and Thomas Moore, and three-quarters of a yardland in the tenure of Michael Clarke, all in Snitterfield, for 500 years to secure £300.
