Conveyance by Edward Browne, Clifford Chambers, Glos., yeoman, to Anne Browne, Clifford Chambers, spinster, his daughter, after his death, of messuage and 1/2 yard land in Clifford Chambers, in occupation Edward Browne, subject to payment of £100 legacies to be devised by Edward Browne after his decease, and subject to grant to Elizabeth Browne, daughter of Edward, of parlour with bed and cupboard in house, use of kitchen, free access and one load of fuel p.a. for life. Endorsed 26 March 1683 with memorandum of assignment of same premises by Thomas Forster, Hampton Lucy and Anne his wife (formerly Browne) to John Barden, Atherstone-on-Stour, forgeman.
