Conveyance by John Gwinnett, West Bromwich, Staffs., coalmaster to Thomas Gwinnett, Tipton, Staffs., coalmaster and Samuel Gwinnett, Stratford-upon-Avon, schoolmaster of the Equity of Redemption of a plot of land at Old End, West Bromwich, Staffs., part of the allotment of John Withers under the enclosure award and a messuage and brewhouse built by said John Withers on part of said land. Recitals: 8 July 1820. Mortgage by John Gwinnett to Benjamin Pitt, Dudley, yeoman, for £230 and interest. 15 May 1822. Assignment by Benjamin Pitt to Mary Bridgewater, Rowley Regis, Staffs., widow and Edward Bridgewater, Rowley Regis, victualler, (the administrators of Joseph Bridgewater of the same, shopkeeper, deceased) for £300 and interest.
