Marriage Settlement of Thomas Townsend, Alveston, gent., (son and heir of Edward Townsend, Alveston, gent., and Elizabeth his wife) and Mary Lees, daughter of Thomas Lees of Wolverton, clerk, whereby Edward and Elizabeth Townsend settled half yard land upon Thomas Lees, Wolverton, clerk, and Thomas Webb, alias Morrell of Sherborn, gent., as trustees to the use of Edward Townsend for life, with remainder to his wife Elizabeth for life and then to Thomas Townsend for residue of term.
