Endorsed with assignment 29 April 1872 to William Gardner Colbourne. 25 March 1873 Assignment by William Lowry, Stratford-upon-Avon, hotel keeper (with the consent of Eliza Gardner, spinster) to William Gardner Colbourne, Stratford-upon-Avon, architect, of residue of term of 14 years, granted 1 June 1860 by John Gardner, late of Stratford-upon-Avon (of whom, deceased June 1863, Eliza is sister, sole legatee and executrix) in the 'Red Horse Hotel', Bridge Street, yard and premises. Enclosed: 24 August 1867 Agreement between Eliza Gardner and William Lowry that, in consideration of her paying £300 towards cost of erecting a billiard room, he will pay an extra rent of £15 p.a. 16 February 1872 Insurance policy with Phoenix Fire Office [still in wrapper], re coach houses, stables etc. in Guild Street, Stratford-upon-Avon.
