Revocation of uses from Sir Robert Throckmorton of Weston Underwood, Bucks. bart., George Throckmorton of the same, esq. and others to Sir William Courtenay of Powderham Castle, Devon, bart. and others, of the settlement dated 18 May 1748, relating to copyhold messuages and lands held of the manor of Chaddesley Corbett and the mill and watercourses in the same held by the Rt. Hon. Thomas, Lord Foley by a lease for 99 years, to the use of the said Sir Robert and George Throckmorton.
