Spernall deed
Description
Lease for 21 years from Sir Francis Throckmorton of Great Coughton, bart. and others to Richard Kesters of Alcester, gent. and John Bovey of Alcester, dyer, of a newly erected fulling mill on the site of a former corn mill called Spernall Mill, with a newly erected tenement over the same, and watercourses, floodgates, dams etc. in Spernall, in the tenure of the said lessees.
