Counterpart of lease for 99 years from Lady Mary Yate, widow of Sir John Yate of Buckland, Berks. bart. deceased, and Charles Yate, son and heir of the said Sir John to Thomas Foley the elder of Great Witley, Worcs. esq. of the moiety of a house in which a corn mill formerly stood, then decayed, called Deansford mill with the watercourse and lands (described), late in the tenure of Edward Brode, in Chaddesley Corbett.
