Description
Release by legatees (parties to the same) in satisfaction of claims under the will of John Scott of Stourbridge, yeoman, dated 28 August 1667, of a freehold messuage and lands in Harvington, purchased by John Scott of Stourbridge from John Oldnall, left under the said will to his son Francis, and sold by the said Francis to Dame Mary Yate of Harvington, to fulfill the terms of the said will. One receipt attached signed by John Brooke for £10.
