Draft release by Thomas Izon, Paddington, Middlesex, gentleman, to John Brown, Kinwarton House, Kinwarton, Esquire of an annuity of £70 charged on estates at Foleshill, Claverdon, Wyken and Brinklow under will, 17 November 1849, of his uncle, Reverend John Brown, Trinity College, Cambridge. In consideration lump sum £1000.
