Deed to declare the uses of a fine from John Allen of Wixford, yeoman and others to John Bednam of Wixford, yeoman and others of a messuage in Wixford with lands in Wixford, Exhall, Broom and Bidford in the tenure of the said John Bednam, a messuage and lands in Crimscote in Whitchurch, a messuage and lands in Whitlocks [End] in Solihull, the said property in Wixford, Exhall, Broom and Bidford to be held to the use of the said John Bednam.
