Description
Conveyance by Henry Tomlins of Stratford-upon-Avon, ironmonger, to William Baker of the same, brasier, of two messuages, heretofore one messuage, in Stratford in High Street and Wood Street (in which the said Henry Tomlins and one Thomas Ledbiter now dwell) for 1000 years; such conveyance to be void if the said Henry Tomlins within one year pay to William Gibson of Shottery, gent., Giles Roberts of Luddington, yeoman, and Frances Mason of Old Stratford, widow, certain sums for the payment of which the said William Baker is jointly bound with him.
