Description
Assignment from Augustine Walker of Aston-juxta-Birmingham, gent., to Thomas Reason of Claverdon, yeoman, (reciting ER3/2683-ER3/2684) for £44 of the residue of a term of 1000 years created in the property described in ER3/2683. Witnesses: William Parker, George Cullcope, John Walker and John Findon. Attached to the above, a Bond by Thomas Walker to Thomas Reason in the penal sum of £80 to observe all the covenants of the above assignment of lease.
