Account of sale of effects of Mrs. [Elizabeth] Lytcott, Larkstoke, deceased, with prices and names of purchasers. Loose inside cover are: 1) List of Mrs. Lytcott's creditors 2) 20 Jan 1768 Authority from Elizabeth Lytcott, Ilmington to Thomas Barr, William Henman and Francis Ganderton to appraise her household goods at Stoke House and sell to discharge debts. 3) 20 Jan 1768 Inventory of goods "lodged in ye hands of Farmer Smith".
