Lease for 100 years from Valentine Lamb of Chaddesley Corbett, yeoman to Josuah Newbrough of Stourbridge, Worcs. ironmonger and Benjamin Newbrough of the same, clothier, brothers, and others of a messuage and lands in Chaddesley Corbett in the tenure of William Raybold deceased, then of Dorothy and William Raybold, purchased from Nicholas Kindon by the said Valentine, being a deed to provide collateral security against rights of dower on property [as in 1589.], purchased by the said Valentine with money provided by the said Joseph Newbrough and others.
