Indenture tripartite between John Baxter of Stratford-upon-Avon, flaxdresser of the first part, Henry Tomlins of Stratford-upon-Avon, maltster of the second part, and John Halford of Stratford-upon-Avon, ironmonger of the third part, assigning to John Halford a mortgage of two cottages in Chapel Lane, now or late in the occupation of Thomas Timms, the elder and younger, made by John Baxter to Henry Tomlins. Witnesses: Joseph Hunt senior, Thomas Tims, Joseph Hunt junior and Thomas Kerke.
